New Day Skin is recalling all unexpired batches (two in total) of the above Happy Days and Good Vibes SPF 50+ Daily Face Creams. This recall was required by the Therapeutic Goods Administration in accordance with Section 30EA of the Therapeutic Goods Act 1989.

Testing indicates that the Sun Protection Factor (SPF) level of the affected products is unlikely to meet the labelled SPF rating.

A lower than labelled SPF rating may increase the risk of sunburn during use and reduce the long-term effectiveness of preventing skin cancer. 

Please stop using Happy Days and Good Vibes SPF 50+ Daily Face creams, effective immediately. Return the product to the place of purchase, dispose of it safely, or contact hello@newdayskin.com.au to arrange return.

We have already cancelled our products from the Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods, and no alternative or replacement stock is currently available.
